Teleruttore avviamento
4
Il teleruttore avviamento (1) è fissato
elasticamente alla staffa del supporto
batteria.
Scollegare la batteria (Sez. P 2).
Rimuovere il teleruttore avviamento
dal proprio alloggiamento.
Rimuovere il coperchio (6).
Svitare i dadi (1) facendo attenzione

alle rosette elastiche (3).
Rimuovere il cavo (2) teleruttore-
6
motorino avviamento.
Rimuovere il cavo (5) teleruttore-
batteria.
Scollegare il connettore (4) del
teleruttore avviamento dal cablaggio.
Controllo funzionalità
teleruttore avviamento

Applicare una tensione di 12 V
(batteria) ai due terminali (A) Positivo
e (B) Negativo del connettore.
Con un multimetro collegato fra i
due poli (perni filettati) (C) e (D) del
teleruttore verificare la presenza della
continuità elettrica (vedi Sez. P 9).
Se non è presente continuità
elettrica, sostituire il teleruttore.
Durante il rimontaggio, verificare che
D
i poli (C) e (D) non siano ossidati e

applicare spray idrorepellente.
Reinserire sul teleruttore avvimento (1)
il cavo (2) teleruttore-motorino
C
avviamento e il cavo (5) teleruttore-
batteria.

Impuntare e serrare i dadi (1),
interponendo le rosette elastiche (3),
1

alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare il connettore (4) al
cablaggio.

Starter contactor
The contactor (1) is elastically
mounted to the battery support
bracket.
Disconnect the battery (Sect. P 2).
Remove the contactor from its seat.
Remove the cover (6).
Unscrew the nuts (1), taking care
to recover the spring washers (3).
Remove the starter motor-contactor
cable (2).
Remove the contactor-battery
cable (5).
Disconnect the wiring connector (4)
of the starter contactor from the
wiring harness.
Checking operation of the
starter contactor
Apply 12 V (battery voltage) across
the positive terminal (A) and negative
terminal (B) of the connector.
With a multimeter connected
between the two poles (threaded
studs) (C) and (D) of the contactor,
check for electrical continuity
(Sect. P 9). If there is no electrical
continuity, renew the contactor.
During the reassembly procedure,
ensure that studs (C) and (D) are not
oxidized; apply water repellent spray.
Reconnect the contactor-starter
motor cable (2) and the contactor –
battery cable (5) to the contactor (1).
Fit the nuts (1) and spring washers (3)
and tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Reconnect the connector (4) to the
wiring harness.
