Bloccare con l'attrezzo
cod. 88713.1805 la rotazione delle
puleggie motrici sul carter motore.
eseguita con il motore nel telaio
bloccare la rotazione delle puleggie
motrici utilizzando l'attrezzo
cod. 88713.2011 montato sul
coperchio alternatore.

Allentare la ghiera (15) di fissaggio
utilizzando la bussola in dotazione
all'attrezzo.

Rimuovere la ghiera (15), il
distanziale (20) e la puleggia
esterna (18).
Dopo aver rimosso la puleggia
esterna (18), rimuovere la prima
linguetta (16) sull'albero rinvio
distribuzione.
Rimuovere la rosetta di divisione (19),

la puleggia interna (18) e il distanziale
interno (17).
Dopo aver rimosso la puleggia
18
interna (18) rimuovere la seconda
linguetta (16) sull'albero rinvio
17 distribuzione.
A questo punto è possibile rimuovere
l'anello elastico (26) posizionato
sull'albero rinvio distribuzione.

Removal of the timing
belt driveshaft pulleys
Use the service tool 88713.1805 to
restrain the driving pulley against
rotation.
Important
If this operation is carried out
with the engine installed in the frame,
hold the driveshaft pulleys against
rotation by using service tool part
no 88713.2011 mounted on the
alternator cover.
Loosen the ringnut (15) using the
bush supplied with the service tool.
Remove the ringnut (15), the
spacer (20) and the outer pulley (18).
After removing the outer pulley (18),
remove the first woodruff key (16)
on the timing belt driveshaft.
Remove the large spacer (19),
the inner pulley (18) and the inner
spacer (17).
After having removed the inner
pulley (18), remove the second
woodruff key (16) on the timing belt
driveshaft.
At this point it is possible to remove
the circlip (26) located on the timing
belt driveshaft.
