Rimontaggio pompa olio
Posizionare le boccole di
riferimento (15) e le guarnizioni OR (3)
e (4) in corrispondenza dei canali di
lubrificazione del carter.
Posizionare la pompa olio sul carter e

fissarla con le viti (9) e (10) provviste
di rosette elastiche (8) e (11).
Bloccare le viti alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Procedere alla verifica del gioco di
ingranamento con il pignone motore,
fissando sul semicarter il comparatore
88765.1181.
Posizionare il tastatore del
comparatore in appoggio su di un
dente dell'ingranaggio della pompa
olio e azzerare su questa posizione lo
strumento.
Muovere leggermente l'ingranaggio
per misurare il gioco presente;
effettuare quattro rilevamenti su
posizioni diametralmente opposte
dell'ingranaggio.

Deve risultare un gioco di 0,10 mm.
Procedere al rimontaggio dei
componenti rimossi per le operazioni
descritte.

Refitting the oil pump
Position the reference bushes (15) and
O-rings (3) and (4) in correspondence
with the crankcase oilways.
Locate the oil pump on the crankcase
and secure it with screws (9) and (10)
and spring washers (8) and (11).
Tighten the screws to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Check gear backlash with the driving
pinion by fixing the dial gauge part
no. 88765.1181 to the crankcase.
Set the dial gauge stylus on one tooth
of oil pump gear and zero set the
gauge in this position.
Move the gear slightly to measure
backlash; take four readings in
diametrically opposite positions of
the gear.
The backlash should be 0.10 mm.
Refit the components removed in the
procedure.
