Applicare sigillante sul punto di
giunzione delle tubazioni (18) e (19) e
i silenziatori destri superiore (2) e
inferiore (1).

Posizionare le fascette (13) sui
silenziatori.
Riposizionare i silenziatori sulle
tubazioni (18) e (19).
Serrare le fascette (13) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
come mostrato nelle figure.

Rimontare le protezioni (15)
interponendo i distanziali (16) e le
rosette (5).
Posizionare la staffa (10) in
corrispondenza del foro di fissaggio
al telaio.

Qualora fosse stato necessario
rimuovere la protezione scarico (3),
nel rimontaggio interporre i
distanziali (4) e le rosette (5) tra il
silenziatore destro superiore (2) e
il paracalore (3).
Applicare frenafiletti sulle viti (6) e
serrare alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Inserire la vite (7), il distanziale (8) e
il dado (31) e serrarli alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Apply jointing paste to the joints
between the pipes (18) and (19) and
the upper (2) and lower (1) silencers.
Locate the clamps (13) on the
silencers.
Locate the silencers on the pipes (18)
and (19).
Tighten the bolts (13) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Notes
Position the five clamps (13) as
shown in the photos.
Refit the heat shields (15) interposing
the spacers (16) and washers (5).
Locate the bracket (10) in
correspondence with the fixing hole.
If it was necessary to remove the
heat shield (3), on refitting, interpose
the spacers (4) and washers (5)
between the upper right silencer (2)
and the heat shield (3).
Apply the recommended
threadlocker to the bolts (6) and
tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Insert the bolt (7), spacer (8) and
nut (31) and tighten to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
