Verifica gioco di chiusura (Sc)
Verificare con uno spessimetro il
gioco (Sc) presente tra pattino del
bilanciere di chiusura e lato più alto
della camma sull'albero distribuzione,
facendo attenzione a non vincere la
forza esercitata dalla molla di ritorno
del bilancere.
Il valore deve risultare compreso tra
quelli prescritti (Sez. D 4).
Se così non risulta, rimuovere il
registro di chiusura (1), come descritto
al paragrafo "Smontaggio valvole"
(Sez. N 4.5), e sostituirlo con uno di

altezza adeguata per ottenere il gioco
prescritto.
Note
A ricambio sono disponibili
registri bilancieri di chiusura da 2,5 a
4,4: sul registro viene riportata con
una marcatura la misura del registro
stesso.
Verificare ed eventualmente
registrare il gioco su tutte le valvole.
Rimontare i registri di apertura e
chiusura come descritto al paragrafo
"Montaggio bilanceri e valvole"
(Sez. N 4.5).
Checking the closing clearance
(Sc)
Using a feeler gauge, check the
clearance (Sc) between the closing
rocker arm shoe and the upper edge
of the camshaft cam, taking care not
to compress the rocker arm return
spring.
The clearance must be within the
specified limits (Sect. D 4).
If it is not, remove the closing shim (1),
as described in the paragraph
"Valve disassembly" (Sect. N 4.5),
and replace it with a shim of suitable
height to obtain the specified
clearance.
Notes
Closing rocker arm shims
measuring 2.5 to 4.4 are available
as replacement parts: each shim is
marked with its size.
Check and adjust the clearances of all
valves.
Refit the opening and closing shims
as described in paragraph "Refitting
the rocker arms and valves"
(Sect. N 4.5).
