Rimuovere il gruppo
volano/alternatore
Sfilare dall'albero motore
l'ingranaggio conduttore (A) della
A
coppia ingranaggi distribuzione (13) e
la linguetta (14).
Raddrizzare la rosetta (12) di sicurezza
del dado (11).
Bloccare l'ingranaggio condotto
distribuzione (B) inserendo una
spina (C) in uno dei fori e svitare il
dado di bloccaggio (11).

Sfilare il dado (11), la rosetta (12),
l'ingranaggio condotto distribuzione (B)
e la linguetta (15) dall'albero rinvio
distribuzione.
Rimontaggio ingranaggio
rinvio distribuzione
Prima di procedere con il rimontaggio
verificare lo stato di usura della coppia
ingranaggi distribuzione (13) ed
eventualmente sostituirli.

Importante
I due ingranaggi
distribuzione (13) devono essere
sempre sostituiti in coppia.
Procedere con le operazioni di
rimontaggio operando in senso
inverso a quanto descritto per le
11 operazioni di smontaggio.
Importante

Al termine del rimontaggio
accertarsi che la rosetta (12) sia
ribattuta contro il dado (11) in modo

da impedirne lo svitamento.

Removal of the timing
gears
Rif. Sez. Operation
N 8 Remove the flywheel/
alternator assembly
Slide the drive gear (A) of timing gear
pair (13) off the crankshaft along with
the Woodruff key (14).
Relieve staking on the lock washer (12)
of the nut (11).
Prevent rotation of the driven gear (B)
by inserting a rod (C) in one of the
holes, and unscrew the lock nut (11).
Remove the nut (11), the washer (12),
the driven gear (B) and the Woodruff
key (15) from the timing belt
driveshaft.
Refitting the timing gears
Before refitting, check the wear on
the timing gear pair (13) and renew if
necessary.
Important
The timing gears (13) must
always be renewed as a pair.
Refitting is the reverse of removal.
Important
On completion of the refitting
operations, check that tab washer (12)
is staked against nut (11) in such a
way as to prevent the nut from
working loose.
