Sostituzione corona
Operazioni

Allentare la catena
Rimuovere la ruota
posteriore
B
Sfilare il fermaglio (A) di sicurezza del
dado (B).
Bloccare la rotazione del perno ruota
e allentare con chiave a bussola il
dado di bloccaggio (B).
Svitare completamente il dado (B) e
rimuovere la rosetta (C) e la flangia (10)
completa di corona (7).
Recuperare il distanziale con
collare (D).

Spingere con un mazzuolo la
flangia (10) con parastrappi (9)
fuori dalla corona (7).
Rimontaggio corona

Verificare la condizione delle boccole
parastrappi (9) ed eventualmente
sostiturle rimuovendole dalla flangia.
Per il rimontaggio eseguire le
operazioni in modo inverso.
Qualora fosse necessario rimuovere
i parastrappi (9) avendo cura di
ingrassare tutte le superfici di
accoppiamento e il sottotesta dei
dadi (13) di fissaggio boccole
parastrappi (9) con grasso prescritto.
Eseguire una verifica dell'usura
seguendo le istruzioni di inizio
sezione.
Per il rimontaggio del dado (B) e del
fermaglio (A) fissaggio flangia porta
corona seguire le specifiche riportate
per il dado di bloccaggio ruota, alla
Sezione G 4.

Slacken the chain

Remove the rear wheel
Remove the circlip (A) from the nut (B).
Restrain the stub axle against rotation
and, using a socket wrench, loosen
the nut (B).
Fully unscrew the nut (B) and remove
the washer (C) and the flange (10)
complete with the rear sprocket (7).
Recover the collar (D).
Using a mallet, tap the sprocket
flange (10) with the cush drive
bushes (9) off the sprocket (7).
Refitting the rear
sprocket
Check the cush drive bushes (9)
for signs of wear and, if necessary,
remove from the sprocket flange and
renew them.
Refitting is the reverse of removal.
If it was necessary to remove the
cush drive bushes (9), grease all the
mating surfaces and the undersides
of the retaining nuts (13) of the
cush drive bushes (9) with the
recommended grease.
Check for wear following the
instructions given at the beginning
of this section.
To refit the nut (B) and the circlip (A)
securing the sprocket flange, follow
the instructions given for tightening
the wheel nut in Section G 4.
