Smontaggio impianto di

lubrificazione

Svitare i dadi (A) delle tubazioni di
mandata e di ritorno (7), dei nippli (5)
e scollegarle dal motore.
A
Durante lo smontaggio fare
attenzione a non perdere le
guarnizioni OR (6) che garantiscono la
tenuta dell'accoppiamento.
Svitare e rimuovere la vite (14)
di fissaggio radiatore (1) alla
testa orizzontale e rimuovere il
distanziale (3).
Rimuovere il radiatore olio (1)

sfilandolo dal piolo (15) sul lato
sinistro della testa orizzontale.
A questo punto è possibile rimuovere
il piolo (15) di sostegno radiatore olio
della testa orizzontale.
Svitare i nippli (5) sul semicarter
recuperando le guarnizioni (4).
Svitare i dadi (B) sulle tubazioni di
mandata e ritorno (7) e rimuoverle dai
nippli (5) sul radiatore.
Svitare i nippli (5) sul radiatore (1),
recuperando le guarnizioni (4).

D 4 Drain the system
Undo the nuts (A) on the delivery and
return hoses (7) and the nipples (5)
and disconnect them from the
engine.
During removal, take care not to lose
the O-rings (6) which ensure a tight
seal.
Undo and remove the screw (14)
securing the cooler (1) to the
horizontal cylinder head and remove
the spacer (3).
Remove the oil cooler (1) by pulling it
off the pin (15) on the LH side of the
horizontal cylinder head.
It is now possible to remove the
pin (15) which supports the oil cooler
on the horizontal cylinder head.
Unscrew the nipples (5) on the
crankcase and recover the gaskets (4).
Undo the nuts (B) on the delivery and
return hoses (7) and remove them
from the oil cooler nipples (5).
Unscrew the nipples (5) on the oil
cooler (1) and recover the gaskets (4).
