Svuotare il liquido
dall'impianto di
raffreddamento
Allentare le fascette (14) e (28) di
fissaggio tubazione acqua (30) del
radiatore acqua (10) alla pompa.
Sfilare il tubo (30) completo del
manicotto (32) di collegamento al
radiatore, dal manicotto (32) di
29
collegamento alla pompa.
Allentare la fascetta (23) e sfilare il
manicotto (32) dalla pompa.
Allentare le fascette (14), (17) e (24)
che fissano rispettivamente il
manicotto radiatore/termostato (15),
il manicotto termostato/testa
verticale (18) e il manicotto
25
termostato/testa orizzontale (25)
al radiatore e alle teste.
Svitare le viti (26) e rimuovere il

raccordo testa orizzontale (29).
Recuperare la guarnizione OR (19)
posizionata tra il raccordo e la testa
orizzontale.
Scollegare i connettori (B) sui sensori
temperatura (22) montati sul
raccordo (20) della testa verticale.

Svitare le viti (21) e rimuovere il
B
raccordo (20).
Recuperare la guarnizione OR (19)
posizionata tra il raccordo e la testa
verticale.
Per separe la valvola termostatica (16)
dai manicotti (15), (18) e (25) allentare
17
le fascette (17) e (23) di fissaggio.
Importante
Controllare periodicamente i
manicotti di collegamento per evitare
perdite d'acqua.
Se sui tubi si presentano screpolature,
rigonfiamenti o indurimenti dovuti ad
essiccamento dei manicotti, sarà
opportuna la loro sostituzione.

Removal of the cooling
system hoses and unions
Operation

Drain the cooling
system

Loosen the clamps (14) and (28)
securing the hose (30) connecting the
radiator (10) to the pump. Remove
the hose (30) complete with radiator
connection hose (32) and pump
connection hose (32).
Loosen the clamp (23) and remove
the hose (32) from the pump.
Loosen the clamps (14), (17) and (24)
securing respectively the radiator/
thermostat hose (15), the thermostat/
vertical head hose (18) and the
thermostat/horizontal head hose to
the radiator (25) and to the cylinder
heads.
Undo the screws (26) and remove the
horizontal cylinder union (29).
Recover the O-rings (19) located
between the union and the horizontal
cylinder head.
Disconnect the wiring connectors (B)
on the temperature sensors (22)
installed on the vertical cylinder head
union (20).
Undo the screws (21) and remove the
union (20).
Recover the O-rings (19) located
between the union and the horizontal
cylinder head.
To separate thermostat (16) from the
hoses (15), (18) and (25), loosen the
retaining clamps (17) and (23).
Important
Periodically check the
connection hoses for signs of leaks.
Hoses that are cracked, swollen, or
hardened should be renewed.
