Scaricare il liquido
dall'impianto di raffredda-
mento
Rimuovere le tubazioni
dell'impianto di raffredda-
mento dal coperchio
alternatore e dal coperchio
pompa acqua
Note
Per una migliore chiarezza le
immagini rappresentano un motore
rimosso dal telaio.
Svitare e rimuovere le cinque viti (13) di
fissaggio coperchio pompa acqua (12)
al coperchio alternatore (16).
Rimuovere il coperchio pompa
acqua (12).
Rimuovere il coperchio alternatore
come descritto (Sez. N 8).
Pulire il vano pompa da eventuali
incrostazioni del liquido refrigerante.
Verificare lo stato di usura dei
cuscinetti ruotando l'alberino della
girante (10); in caso di gioco
eccessivo è necessario sostituirli
operando come segue.
3 Rimuovere l'anello elastico (3)
sull'alberino della girante e la
rosetta (4) posta sotto di esso.
Sfilare la girante (10) con tenuta
meccanica (9) dal lato esterno

Notes
For clarity, the photos show the
engine removed from the frame.
Undo and remove the five screws (13)
securing the water pump cover (12) to
the alternator cover (16).
Remove the water pump cover (12).
Remove the alternator cover
(Sect. N 8).
Clean the pump housing of any scale.
Rotate the impeller shaft (10) to check
the bearings for wear. If there is
excessive play, renew the bearings
as described below.
Remove the circlip (3) and washer (4)
on the impeller shaft.
Withdraw the impeller (10) with the
mechanical seal (9) from the outside.
