Rimontaggio pinza freno
posteriore
In caso di sostituzione delle tubazioni
freno o dello smontaggio di uno
dei componenti dell'impianto freno
posteriore, è necessario fare
particolare attenzione all'orientamento
dei raccordi sulla pompa e sulla pinza.
Attenzione
Una tubazione mal posizionata
può causare un malfunzionamento
dell'impianto frenante e può
ostacolare le parti in movimento del
motociclo. Rispettare l'orientamento
rappresentato in figura.
Il fissaggio del tubo freno sulla pinza
freno (11) deve essere eseguito
interponendo sul raccordo le apposite
guarnizioni in rame (12).

Dopo aver orientato il raccordo,
bloccare la vite speciale (13) alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Se è stato rimosso il sensore
velocità (6), posizionarlo sulla piastra
B
porta pinza (B) con i distanziali (5) e
serrare la vite (7) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

Note
Il traferro del sensore (6) e vite
di fissaggio disco freno deve essere
compreso tra 0,6÷2,2 mm.
Se fosse stato necessario rimuovere

la piastra porta pinza (B) per il suo
rimontaggio vedi Sezione G 5.
Inserire la pinza freno posteriore (11)
sul disco freno (4) e allinearla ai fori
della piastra portapinza (B).
Applicare grasso sulle viti (8) e serrarle
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3)
interponendo le rosette (9) e (10) tra
le viti e la piastra porta pinza (B).

Refitting the rear brake
calliper
If the brake hoses are renewed or if
one of the components of the rear
brake system have been removed,
make sure that the hose unions on
the master cylinder and the calliper
are correctly positioned.
Warning
An incorrectly positioned hose
can affect brake operation and foul
moving parts. Position the hose as
shown in the figure.
Remember to fit the copper faced
sealing washers (12) to the union
when connecting the brake pipe to
the brake calliper (11).
After positioning the union correctly,
tighten the banjo bolt (13) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
If removed, locate the speed
sensor (6) on the calliper mounting
bracket (B) with the spacers (5) and
tighten the screw (7) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Notes
The gap between sensor (6)
and the brake disc bolt must be
between 0.6 and 2.2 mm.
If the calliper mounting bracket (B)
was removed, see Section G 5 for
refitting instructions.
Fit the rear brake calliper (11) over
the brake disc (4), aligning it with the
holes in calliper mounting bracket (B).
Apply grease to the bolts (8) and
tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3) interposing the washers (9)
and (10) between the bolts and the
calliper mounting bracket (B).
