Introdurre la rosetta (4), orientata
come in sezione, e bloccare la girante

con l'anello elastico (3).
Ruotare la girante (10) e verificare che
ruoti liberamente, senza attriti
anomali.
Pulire accuratamente la superficie di
accoppiamento sul coperchio pompa
e sul coperchio alternatore.
Applicare sul coperchio pompa
acqua (12) un filo di guarnizione
liqiuda come mostrato in figura.
Inserire i grani di centraggio (11) sul
coperchio pompa e posizionare sul
carter il coperchio pompa acqua (12).
Impuntare le viti (13) di fissaggio
10
coperchio e bloccarle alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Procedere al rimontaggio dei
componenti rimossi per le operazioni
descritte.

Installare il coperchio
alternatore
Montare le tubazioni
impianto di raffredda-
mento sul coperchio
alternatore e sul
coperchio pompa
Eseguire il caricamento
liquido dell'impianto di
raffreddamento

Fit the washer (4), positioned as
shown in the cross-sectional view, and
secure the rotor with the circlip (3).
Rotate the impeller (10) and make
sure it turns smoothly without
sticking.
Clean the mating surfaces thoroughly
on the pump cover and on the
alternator cover.
Apply a bead of liquid gasket to the
water pump cover (12) as shown in
the figure.
Fit the locating dowels (11) and locate
the water pump cover (12) on the
crankcase.
Fit the screws (13) securing the cover
and tighten them to their specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the components removed in the
procedure.
