Note
Per il controllo e/o la modifica
dei tempi di iniezione, che
determinano il rapporto aria-
carburante, utilizzare esclusivamente
lo strumento di diagnosi "DDS".
Smontaggio centralina
elettronica
Per rimuovere la centralina elettronica
è necessario sollevare il serbatoio
carburante (Sez. L 2), scollegare i due
connettori (1) e centralina (2), svitare
le viti (3) di fissaggio recuperando il
supporto anteriore cablaggio (5) ed
estrarre il cavo (4) massa centralina
dalla vite (3).
Svitare anche l'altra vite (3) ed
estrarre la centralina, facendo
attenzione al supporto posteriore
cablaggio e blow-by (6).
Rimontaggio centralina
elettronica
Fissare (sul lato destro della moto) la
centralina al supporto batteria (7) sui
fissaggi (C) impuntando le due viti (3)

anche i supporti (5) e (6).
Fra la vite posteriore e la centralina
deve essere inserito il cavo massa (4).

Attenzione
Per non commettere errori
sull'orientamento della centralina,
tenere presente che i perni (A)
devono essere rivolti verso destra

(rispetto al senso di marcia).
Serrare le viti alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Il connettore (1) ha una morsettiera
grigia (parte telaio-Body), mentre il
connettore (2) ha la morsettiera nera
(parte motore-Engine).
Notes
To check and/or adjust injection
timing, which determines the air-fuel
mixture, use exclusively the "DDS"
tester.
Removal of the electronic
control unit
In order to remove the ECU it is
necessary to raise the fuel tank
(Sect. L 2), disconnect the two wiring
connectors (1) and the ECU (2),
unscrew the retaining screws (3)
recovering the front wiring support (5),
and disconnect the ECU earth lead (4)
from the screw (3).
Unscrew also the other screw (3) and
withdraw the ECU, taking care not to
damage the rear wiring support and
the blow-by valve (6).
Refitting the electronic control
unit
On the right-hand side of the
motorcycle, secure the ECU to the
battery support (7) on fixings (C) and
by inserting the two screws (3) in the
supports (5) and (6).
The earth lead (4) should be
interposed between the ECU and the
rear screw.
Warning
To avoid incorrect positioning
of the control unit, make sure
that pins (A) are facing to the right
(relative to the motorcycle's direction
of forward travel).
Tighten the screws to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Connector (1) has a grey terminal
block (Body), whereas connector (2)
has a black terminal block (Engine).
