Rimontaggio radiatore

Verificare che sulle staffe superiori
12
del radiatore (10) siano presenti i
gommini antivibranti (5) e che la staffa
inferiore (12) sia montata nella parte
inferiore.
Inserire il supporto del radiatore (10)
nel perno (A), sul lato destro del
32 telaio, e poi avvitare le vite (3) con
distanziale (4) sul lato sinistro.
Serrare la vite alla coppia di serraggio

prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Connettere il cablaggio delle
12
elettroventole al cablaggio principale
(Sez. P 1).
B
Fissare la staffa inferiore (12)
provvista di gommino (5) nella vite
speciale (13) della testa orizzontale,
serrando la vite (32) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Inserire i tubi impianto di
raffreddamento (15) e (30) nei
rispettivi bocchettoni sul radiatore e
4 serrare le fascette (14) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Inserire la tubazione (C) di
collegamento serbatoio acqua-
radiatore sull'ingresso del tappo
radiatore e serrare la fascetta (B)
alla coppia di serraggio prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Operazioni
Riempire l'impianto di
raffreddamento

Refitting the radiator
Check that the rubber mountings (5)
are present on the upper radiator
brackets (10) and that the lower
bracket (12) is fitted at the bottom.
Fit the support of radiator (10) on the
pin (A) on the RH side of the frame
and then fit the screw (3) with the
spacer (4) on the LH side.
Tighten the screw to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Reconnect the cooling fan wiring to
the main wiring loom (Sect. P 1).
Fix the lower bracket (12) with the
rubber mounting (5) on the special
screw (13) of the horizontal cylinder
head, tightening the screw (32) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Connect the cooling system hoses (15)
and (30) to their respective unions on
the radiator and tighten the clamps (14)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Connect the expansion tank-radiator
hose (C) to the inlet on the radiator
cap and tighten the clamp (B) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
