Inserire le colonnette (4) sui
gommini (8) di appoggio al telaio.

Importante
Per non danneggiare i
gommini (8) montati in
corrispondenza del fissaggio della
colonnetta (4) al telaio; si consiglia
di lubrificarli con alcool.
Inserire il tubo filtro/uscita serbatoio
sfiato olio (1) sulla sede della scatola
filtro aria (5) posta sul fondo.
Impuntare la vite (13) di fissaggio
anteriore scatola filtro aria (5) e
serrarla alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Reinserire i cornetti presa aria (14)
sulle sedi del corpo farfallato
facendo attenzione a interporre la
guarnizione (16).
Applicare lubrificante per gomma
sugli OR (15) dei cornetti di
aspirazione (14).
Inserire i cornetti di aspirazione fino a
battuta nel corpo farfallato facendo
attenzione a non danneggiare gli OR.
Durante l'inserimento far passare i
perni (B) dei cornetti attraverso le
cave (C) della scatola filtro (5).
Ruotare i cornetti in senso orario fino
a bloccare i perni (B) sotto le alette (D)
del corpo farfallato.
Sistemare le guarnizioni (16) in modo
che siano perfettamente aderenti al
fondo della scatola filtro.

Refitting the airbox
Insert the studs (4) in the rubber
mountings (8) on the frame.
mountings (8) located where the
studs (4) are fixed to the frame,
lubricate them with alcohol.
Insert the filter/oil reservoir breather
hose (1) in its seat on the bottom of
the airbox (5).
Insert the screw (13) securing the
front of the airbox (5) and tighten it to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Insert the air intake funnels (14) in
their seats in the throttle body,
interposing the seals (16).
Apply rubber lubricant to the
O-rings (15) of the air intake
funnels (14).
Insert the air intake funnels until fully
seated in the throttle bodies, taking
care not to damage the O-rings.
While inserting the funnels, locate
the pins (B) in the slots (C) in the
airbox (5).
Rotate the intake funnels clockwise
so the pins (B) locate under the
tabs (D) on the throttle body.
Position the seals (16) so that they
adhere perfectly to the bottom of the
airbox.
