Rimontaggio corpo
farfallato
Posizionare le fascette (19) nelle

proprie sedi sui collettori (A) di
aspirazione. Posizionare il corpo
farfallato completo (1) sul veicolo.
Serrare le fascette (19) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Collegare i connettori (B) dal
cablaggio principale agli iniettori (4).

Collegare il connettore (C) del
cablaggio principale allo stepper
motor (5).
Collegare il connettore (D)
del cablaggio principale al
potenziometro (E).

Note
A
Orientare le 2 fascette (19) sui
collettori d'aspirazione in modo che la
testa della vite si rivolta verso il lato
sinistro della moto.
Importante
In caso di sostituzione del corpo
farfallato effettuare l'operazione di
azzeramento TPS (Sez. D 5).

Rimontare il serbatoio

Refitting the throttle
body
Locate the hose clamps (19) in the
seats on the intake manifolds (A).
Locate the throttle body assembly (1)
from the motorcycle.
Tighten the hose clamps (19) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Reconnect the wiring connectors (B)
connecting the injectors (4) to the
main wiring loom.
Reconnect the wiring connector (C)
connecting the stepper motor (5) to
the main wiring loom.
Reconnect the wiring connector (D)
connecting the throttle position
sensor (E) to the main wiring loom.
Notes
Position the 2 hose clamps (19)
on the intake manifolds so that the
screws are facing the left-hand side
of the motorcycle.
Important
If the throttle position sensor is
renewed, perform the TDC setting
procedure (Sect. D 5).
