Scollegare il cavo
comando acceleratore
Allentare le fascette (19) di tenuta
corpo farfallato sui collettori di
aspirazione (A).
Scollegare i connettori (B) del

cablaggio principale agli iniettori (4).
Scollegare il connettore (C) del
cablaggio principale al motorino
passo-passo (5).
Scollegare il connettore (D)
del cablaggio principale al

potenziometro (E).
Sfilare il corpo farfallato completo (1)

dal veicolo.
Smontaggio iniettori

Allentare le fascette (16) di tenuta
iniettori con tubo mandata (8), tubo
ritorno (7) e tubo collegamento

iniettori (9).
Svitare le viti (17), facendo attenzione
18
alle rosette (18) per rimuovere gli
iniettori (4) dal corpo farfallato.

Rimontaggio iniettori
Lubrificare gli anelli OR degli iniettori.
Posizionare le rosette (18) e serrare
le viti (17) alla coppia prescritta
8 (Sez. C 3).
Smontaggio stepper motor
Nella parte centrale del corpo
farfallato è montato lo stepper motor:
per rimuoverlo svitare le due viti (13),
scollegare i tubi (10) e (11), dal corpo
farfallato. Per il suo funzionamento
fare riferimento alla Sezione M 3.

Calzare i tubi (10) e (11) sul corpo
farfallato.
Posizionare il motorino con supporto
sul corpo farfallato imputando le
viti (13).
Serrare le viti (13).
Removal of the throttle
body

Disconnect the throttle
cable

Loosen the clamps (19) securing
the throttle body to the intake
manifolds (A).
Disconnect the wiring connectors (B)
connecting the injectors (4) to the
main wiring loom.
Disconnect the wiring connector (C)
connecting the stepper motor (5) to
the main wiring loom.
Disconnect the wiring connector (D)
connecting the throttle position
sensor (E) to the main wiring loom.
Remove the throttle body assembly (1)
from the motorcycle.
Removal of the injectors
Undo the injector retaining clips (16)
with the delivery hose (8), return
hose (7) and injector connection
hose (9).
Unscrew the screws (17) to remove
the injectors (4) from the throttle
body, taking care to recover the
washers (18).
Refitting the injectors
Lubricate the injector O-rings.
Locate the washers (18) and tighten
the screws (17) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Removal of the stepper motor
The stepper motor is installed in the
central part of the throttle body:
to remove it, unscrew the two
screws (13) and disconnect hoses (10)
and (11) from the throttle body.
Refer to Section M 3 for details of
stepper motor operation.
Refitting the stepper motor
Fit hoses (10) and (11) on the throttle
body.
Locate the motor with its support
on the throttle body, starting the
screws (13) in their threads.
Tighten the screws (13).
