1-9-4. CCM-33 Board Replacement
1. Turn the power OFF and remove the power cord.
2. Remove the front panel. (Refer to Section 1-1.)
3. Remove the four screws (PWH3 x 5) to remove the
DSP panel assembly.

4. Disconnect the connector CN2 of the CCM-33 board.
5. Remove the two screws (PWH2.6 x 4) to remove the
CCM-33 board.
6. Disconnect the flexible card wire from the connector
CN1 of the CCM-33 board.

Use extreme care to handle the flexible card wire. As it
is frail at being bent, improper handling may cause its
life to shorten.

For installation, perform in the reverse order of the remov-
al procedures.

1-9-5. DSP-90 Board Replacement
1. Turn the power OFF and remove the power cord.
2. Remove the front panel. (Refer to Section 1-1.)
3. Remove the DSP panel assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-9-4.)
4. Disconnect the four connectors (CN1, CN3, CN4 and
CN5) of the DSP-90 board.
5. Remove the eight screws (PWH3 x 5) to remove the
DSP-90 board.

For installation, perform in the reverse order of the remov-
al procedures.
