5-4. DIAG Mode
3. All Check (IF CPU)
Function: Executes all IF check items automatically.
Operation: Enter "1"".
The following checks are performed:
. SRAM check
. NVRAM check
. DPRAM check
. SDRAM check
If errors occur during any of the checks, the error is displayed and the check is terminated.
When all checks end normally, a message indicating normal completion will be displayed. If any one
check results in error, a message indicating abnormal completion will be displayed.
