9. In Case the Level Increases when the
Tape is Pressed Down
Turn the height adjustment screw clockwise and
adjust so that the output waveform is maximum.
10. In Case the Level Increases when the
Tape is Pushed Up
Turn the height adjustment screw counterclock-
wise and adjust so that the output waveform is
maximum.
11. In Case the Level Increases when
Portion C or D of the Tape is Pused
Adjust the CONFI Head as below.
(1) Loosen two head fixing screws 1/4 through 1/
2 turns.
(2) Insert a _2 mm screw driver into the notch
shown in the figure.
(3) Adjust the position of the CONFI head so
that the level of the waveform becomes
maximal.
(4) Tighten the two head fixing screws.
Tightening torque : 19.6 x 10
{20 kgf.cm}
(5) Check the CONFI head height again.
Refer to step 7 of this section.
