3. Removing the CONFI Head Assembly
Remove the nut for height adjustment to remove
the CONFI head assembly.

Use care not to lose the poly-slider washer
disposed between the nut for height adjustment
and the CONFI head assembly.
Installation
4. Installing the CONFI Head Assembly
(1) Pass a new CONFI head assembly and the
poly-slider washer through the shaft.

Be sure to install the CONFI head assembly
so that the positioning pin of the head
assembly is positioned to the arm A side of
the CONFI head bracket.
(2) Turn the CONFI head assembly to counter-
clockwise derection, then align the position-
ing pin with the longitudinal hole of the
positioning plate and tighten the nut for
height adjustment.

When turning the CONFI head assembly,
turn it within the range of the sloted hole of
the CONFI head bracket (2).
If not, the arm of the CONFI head bracket
will be deformed, and it does not functioned
correctly.
5. Connecting the Flexible Card Wire
Connect the flexible card wire to the connector
CN2 on the CT-205 board and lock it.
6. Installing the CL Guide Rail
Install the CL guide rail.
(Refer to step 24 in Section 3-20.)
7. Cleaning
Clean the surface of the CONFI head with a
cleaning cloth moistened with cleaning fluid.
(Refer to Section 2-2-4.)
