5. Click Save in the dialogue window that appears.
6. Enter a name of the file and select in which folder the file should be saved.
7. Click Save.

Device Management

Device management in the AIWS/AIWS2 can be done through the chargers. The charger is by
default configured to connect to the network using DHCP. If DHCP is not used in the network, a
static IP address has to be configured.
Device management in network not using DHCP
1. Connect each charger via USB to a PDM Windows Version.
2. In the PDM Windows Version, click the "Number" tab.
3. Select charger in the Device types column.
4. Double-click in the Number column.
5. Select Network > IP > Charger IP Address.
6. Click the Value field for changing the IP address.
7. Disconnect the USB port(s) and connect the desktop charger(s) (DC4) or the rack charger
(CR3) via the Ethernet port(s) to the network.
8. Start the Device Manager in AIWS2.
9. Place the telephone in a charger that is connected to the AIWS2. The telephone can either
be turned off or turned on when placing it in the charger. A telephone that is turned off will
start up automatically and the battery charging symbol will be displayed.
Device management in network using DHCP
1. Connect a desktop charger (DC4) or a rack charger (CR3) via the Ethernet port to the
network.
2. Open a web browser and enter the URL to access the AIWS2.
3. Place the telephone in a charger that is connected to the AIWS2. The telephone can either
be turned off or turned on when placing it in the charger. A telephone that is turned off will
start up automatically and the battery charging symbol will be displayed.
Device management over-the-air via IP-DECT
There is no external equipment needed besides AIWS2 and IP-DECT.
