If the Central phonebook contains first names and/or last names that include

spaces, Avaya recommends enabling the Central Phonebook Allows Space
parameter for the handset in WinPDM or Device Manager in AIWS. See the
corresponding Configuration Manual for the telephone. This makes it possible to
search for contacts that include spaces.

WARNING:
When importing a phonebook file in CSV format, existing entries are deleted.
WARNING:
1. Click Phonebook on the start page.
2. Enter User name and Password and click OK. The Edit Phonebook page appears.
3. Select Phonebook > Import/Export in the left menu.
4. Click Browse to locate the CSV file in the system.
5. Select the delimiter (TAB, comma or semicolon) used in the CSV file.
6. Click Import.
Exporting the phonebook to a CSV File
The complete phonebook can be exported to a CSV file for example for editing or backup
reasons.
1. Click Phonebook on the start page.
2. Enter User name and Password and click OK. The Edit Phonebook page appears.
3. Select Phonebook > Import/Export in the left menu.
4. Click Export.
