If the separator is wrong an error message will be displayed.
The Authentication Code (AC) can not be entered in the csv file for safety reasons. The
system generates a AC for every user in the list. If the user needs the AC the administrator
will have to use Show, see
page 173.
Export the Users to a csv file
The Users can be exported to a csv file, for example for editing or backup reasons.
1. Click "Export".
2. Click "Save" in the dialog window that appears.
3. Enter a name of the file and select in which folder the file should be saved.
4. Click "Save".
For safety reasons, the Auth. Code and Password will not be included in the csv file.
Searching for user information
It is possible to search for users registered in the system by name or extension number. Search
for a user following the steps below:
1. Select Users > Users.
2. Enter the name or number to search for in the text field. It is possible to enter only the
beginning of the name or number.
3. Click show.
Showing all registered users in the IP-DECT system
1. Select Users > Users.
2. Click show.

Only the first 12 digits of IPEI/IPDI of the cordless telephone will be shown in the

IPBS users tab even if all 13 digits needed to be entered when cordless
telephone is subscribed (13th digit is the checksum).
Showing Anonymous
The IPEI number is displayed on anonymous registered telephones.
1. Select Users > Anonymous.
