7. Grip toner cartridge as
shown, to avoid pinching
your fingers between the
toner cartridge and the
printer frame. Keep the
drum slot free of dust and
other foreign materials.
8. Gently install the toner
cartridge in the printer,
making sure the toner
cartridge's four pins fit
in the slits inside the
printer frame.
9. Insert the fuser cleaner
into the slot in the fuser
unit. Fuser cleaner cleans
the fuser unit roller. You
should replace the fuser
cleaner every time you
change the new toner
cartridge.
10. Close the printer cover.
11. Close the top cover. Be sure to push on a portion of the cover to lock it
into its original (closed) position. Note: The fax machine will not work
if the cover isn't closed properly.
