Before you try calling for help, first please give the Pitney Bowes
Facsimile Diagnostic Center's fax-on-demand system a try.
The Pitney Bowes Facsimile Diagnostic Center's fax-on-demand system is
available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can use your fax
machine to call this "fax-on-demand" system and receive system set-up
and autodial programming instructions.
To call the Pitney Bowes fax-on-demand system:
1. On your fax machine, obtain a dial tone by pressing MONITOR/
CALL. (If you're in a noisy area, you may wish to lift the telephone
handset instead.)
2. Call 1-800-521-4537.
3. Follow the voice instructions you'll receive from the system.
