4-10 RFI Switch

The AC motor drive may emit electrical noise. You can use the RFI (Radio Frequency Interference)
switch to suppress interference on the power line. The RFI switches on models without built-in EMC
filters for Frame A and Frame B are at similar positions, as shown in Figure 4-29 and Figure 4-31. The
RFI switches on models with built-in EMC filters for Frame A and Frame B are at similar positions, as
shown in Figure 4-30 and Figure 4-32. Remove the RFI switches as shown in the following figures if
needed.
