Selects the desired mode along with the RS-485 serial port communication protocol in Pr.09-00.
 Modbus ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange): Each data byte is the
combination of two ASCII characters; for example, a 1-byte data: 64 Hex, is shown as '64' in
ASCII, and consists of '6' (36 Hex) and '4' (34 Hex).
