Check if the communication command is correct.
Verify the wiring and grounding of the communication circuit. It is recommended to
separate the communication circuit from the main circuit, or wire in 90 degree for
effective anti-interference performance.
Check if the setting for Pr.09-00–Pr.09-02 is the same as the setting for the elevator
controller.
Check the cable and replace it if necessary.
