Timing Diagram in Chapter 8). Pr.03-31 is valid only when bit 7 is set to 1, and this function only
supports PM motors.
 When Bit 9 = 1, valid only when Pr.03-90 is set to 3, and the mechanical brake must be in
engaged status.
