 If the source of channel is set to the 29 sets of common variables, it displays the data length in
bits. If Pr.08-04 (Sampling Cycle) needs to be set to 3 / 4 / 5, data length needs to be set
manually based on the RAM address of mapping file.

 Horizontal axis: AND logic gate: all conditions of logic units set are met.
 Vertical axis: OR logic gate: one of conditions of logic units set is met.
 Example:
When the trigger logics is set as the diagram above shows (see the blue circles), then 0x0403:
either conditions of both trigger logic unit 1 and trigger logic unit 2 are met or condition of trigger
logic unit 3 is met ((Logic1 AND Logic2) OR (Logic3)).
