Dress the ribbon cables back individually inside the rear of IPE
module and restore the original arrangement. Start with the cables
that are going to be underneath.
Attach the NTCW84JA special IPE filter to the NT8D81AA 50-pin
connector using bail clips.
Restore power to the IPE module.
Replace the I/O safety panel.
