The "Total inter/intra zone bandwidth threshold exceeded count" prints the
number of times a user-configured bandwidth threshold was exceeded for
the zone during the collection period. LD 2 commands that are related to
setting the system threshold are used with a value defined for the bandwidth
threshold.

A TH value of 5 is used for the zone bandwidth threshold.
The system thresholds TV value is the percentage of the zone maximum
bandwidth. The range values are 000 to 999, where 000 corresponds to 00.0%
and 999 corresponds to 99.9%. The default is 90.0%.
The following examples first set the system bandwidth to 75% and then
print the actual value.
