Action
Click Tools > Backup and Restore > Personal Directories.
The Personal Directories Backup and Restore window appears.

From the Action drop-down list, select FTP from Remote Site if the
backup is saved on a remote server. If the backup is already saved
locally on the server, go to Step 8.
Enter the data for the Remote backup IP address, Remote backup
userid, Remote backup password, Remote backup path, and
Remote backup file name fields.
Click Submit.
Click OK.
After the file is transferred by FTP to the local drive, an information
window appears indicating successful file transfer.
Click OK.
