Port numbers on the Voice Gateway Media Card use a fixed numbering
scheme where the starting number for the port range is configurable. The
first port on the card uses the configured starting port number; the rest
of the port numbers follow in sequence. Each port has two sequential
numbers: one for RTP and one for RTCP.
Do not change this port at any time. Map this port to port 5200 on the IP
Phones.
