Chapter 12 Description of Parameter SettingsC2000
There is often noisy in the analog signal from AVI, ACI and AUI, which affects the stability of the
control. Use these input delays to filter a noisy analog signal.
When the time constant setting is too large, the control is stable but the control response is slow.
When the time constant setting is too small, the control response is faster but the control may be
unstable. For optimal setting, adjust the setting based on the control stability or the control
response.
Analog Input Addition Function
Settings
When Pr. 03-18 is set to 1:
EX1: Pr. 03-00 = Pr. 03-01=1, Frequency command= AVI+ACI
EX2: Pr. 03-00 = Pr. 03-01 = Pr. 03-02 = 1, Frequency command = AVI+ACI+AUI
EX3: Pr. 03-00 = Pr. 03-02=1, Frequency command = AVI+AUI
EX4: Pr. 03-01 = Pr. 03-02=1, Frequency command = ACI+AUI
When Pr. 03-18 is set to 0 and the analog input setting is the same, the priority for AVI, ACI and
AUI are AVI > ACI > AUI.
Signal Loss Selection for Analog Input 4–20 mA
Settings
Determines the response when the 4–20mA signal is lost, when AVIc (Pr. 03-28 = 2) or ACIc (Pr.
03-29 = 0).
When Pr. 03-28 is not set to 2, the voltage input to AVI terminal is 0–10V or 0–20mA, and the Pr.
03-19 is invalid.
When Pr. 03-29 is not set to 0, the voltage input to ACI terminal is 0–10V or 0–20mA, and the Pr.
03-19 is invalid.
When the setting is 1 or 2, the keypad displays the warning code "ANL". It keeps blinking until the
ACI signal is recovered.
When the motor drive stops, the warning condition does not continue to exist, so the warning
disappears.
0: Disable (AVI, ACI, AUI)
1: Enable
0: Disable
1: Continue operation at the last frequency
2: Decelerate to 0 Hz
3: Stop immediately and display ACE
