3.2 Reconstruction and Image Processing Area

This area allows you to define additional image processing tasks during the scan process,
including reconstructions and manual and automatic reformats, in one centralized location. It
also allows you to monitor both the creation and transfer of those image sets.

Provides information and functions related to the current state of the scanner x-ray tube.
Communicates the amount of available disk space on the system. A warning alerts the user
of low disk space.

Recon Management window to list the in progress and completed reconstruction
GE recommends that you remove images when the image space falls below
1,000 images. This ensures enough disk space for acquiring and reconstruct‐
ing images. Do not remove images while scanning, restoring, or receiving im‐
ages.
