Involved
An Interoffice transfer service is available.
For example, with No.7 CCIS, a caller has
called outside his own office but is actually
talking with somebody in his own office.
This bit is used to reconfigure links so they
are not wasted in call transfer service.
Available for the software Release 11 or later.
