2.25.3 Connection of additional electrical equipment of coupled machines

Beside connecting the coupled machinery EE to socket 3 and 6 ( Figure 2.9.2 ) it is al-
lowed to connect electrical equipment of coupled machines to the following elements of
tractor electrical equipment:
1. Seven-pin socket (type 12N, GOST 9200, Figure 2.25.1) – permissible input cur-
rent is not higher than 10A, the electrical circuit is protected by a fuse in tractor electrical
equipment:
- "+" to terminal No.5 of the socket;
- "–" to terminal No.3 of the socket (it is possible to connect the coupled machine
electrical consumer when the parking lights of this machine are on).
2. Two-pin socket (ISO 4165:2001), located on the body of the seven-pin socket
(Figure 2.25.1) - (terminal No.8) – permissible input current is not higher than 8A or 12A de-
pending on the socket type (the permissible input is specified on the socket housing), the
electrical circuit is protected by a fuse in tractor electrical equipment;
- (terminal No.8) – the input current shall not exceed 8A, the electrical circuit is pro-
tected by a fuse in tractor electrical equipment
3. Tractor generator.
- "+" to terminal "В+" of the generator
- "–" to the engine housing.
ATTENTION: WHEN CONNECTING THE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT OF IMPLE-
MENTS COUPLED WITH THE TRACTOR, CONTACT YOUR DEALER AS WRONG CON-
NECTION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT OF IMPLEMENTS MAY RESULT IN BREAK-
AGE OF TRACTOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT!

2.26 SCR system operation

2.26.1 Tank for SCR system liquid

The installation place for the SCR system liquid tank is shown in Figure 2.27.1. The tank
capacity is 28 liters (28 liters – filling volume, full volume – 33 liters, it is not recommended to fill
tank 1 with liquid over 28 liters). AdBlue reagent (Figure 2.26.1) is supplied from tank 1 by a
supply module mounted in the tank to the exhaust system mixing pipe.

Before filling tank 1 (Figure 2.26.1) with reagent AdBlue it is required to clean filler neck 2
of tank 1 filler neck from dust and dirt.
ATTENTION: AT THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE BELOW MINUS 11° С, IT IS AL-
LOWED TO FILL SCR SYSTEM LIQUID TANK WITH AdBlue REAGENT ONLY FOR 80% OF
THE TANK FILLING VOLUME, OTHERWISE THE FROZEN REAGENT AdBlue CAN TEAR
THE TANK!
ATTENTION: SCR SYSTEM PROVIDES NORMAL OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS
AT THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE FROM -40 TO +40 ºС!
