Overview
Use this command to make the fault LED flash if a specified power supply is not
supplying power.
Note that if both of the switch's power supplies stop supplying power, the switch's
LED will not flash, because the switch will turn off. To trigger alarms if both power
supplies go down, use the alarm relay instead
Use the no variant of this command to remove this alarm.
alarm facility power-supply <power-supply-number> led

You can also use a relay to trigger an external alarm output, such as a buzzer, by
using the command

To flash the LED if power supply 2 goes down, use the commands:
