ALARM RELAY
alarm facility input-alarm relay
Overview
Use this command to trigger an alarm relay if the input contact opens (or if it closes,
if you have used the command
closed).
This will activate the device that you have connected to the switch's relay output
(for example, you could connect a buzzer to the relay output).
Use the no variant of this command to remove this alarm.
alarm facility input-alarm 1 relay

no alarm facility input-alarm 1 relay

Usage notes
By default, the input alarm will trigger if the input contact opens. You can change
this to closed by using the command
You can also use an alarm to flash the fault LED, by using the command
facility input-alarm
Examples
To trigger the alarm relay if the input contact opens, use the commands:
awplus#
awplus(config)#
To trigger the alarm relay if the input contact closes, use the commands:
awplus#
awplus(config)#
close
awplus(config)#
To remove that alarm, use the commands:
awplus#
awplus(config)#
