INLINE DISCONNECT
DEFER
power-inline disconnect-defer
Overview
Use this command to defer the DC disconnect detection in hardware. Some 60W
PDs take longer than the 802.3 at standard time for drawing the minimum DC
current on an individual pair. By deferring the enabling of the DC disconnect logic,
both sets of pairs can power up and start drawing current.
Use the optional timeout value when non-standard PDs, such as FLIR (Forward
Looking InfraRed) cameras are used.
Use the no variant of this command to revert to the default setting.
