8.5.16.1 Phenomenon
A mixed color image appears in the image as shown in the print sample at
the upper-right corner.
8.5.16.2 Main Causes
1. Failure of a toner cartridge: Blade pressure of the developer roller is
inappropriate or the blade is deformed.
2. Defective toner cartridge.

1. Confirm that the toner cartridge can be inserted smoothly.
2. Replace the toner cartridge.
