Missing Image at Edge
8.5.2.1 Phenomenon
Missing or peeling toner particles found in the image at edge as shown in
the print sample at the upper right corner.
8.5.2.2 Main Causes
1. Toner cartridge not replenishing enough toner, low developer bias
voltage.
2. The OPC belt is deformed and is wavy.

8.5.2.3 Countermeasures
1. Replace the toner cartridge with a new toner cartridge.
2. Replace the belt cartridge with a new belt cartridge.
