Table 6-3: Normal Mode Operations
• The oil bottle for the fuser unit is empty.
• Engine is in standby mode.
• Message LED is on.
• Replace the fuser oil bottle with a new bottle. Use
OPERATOR CONTROL/CONSUMABLES/ITEM
REPLACED/ FUSER OIL to clear the consumable
count on the oil bottle.
• Engine is idle.
• Message LED is on.
• Replace the cleaning roller with a new roller. Use
OPERATOR CONTROL/CONSUMABLES/ITEM
REPLACED/CLEANING ROLLER to clear the
consumable count on the roller.
• Either the waste toner pack is full and needs to be
replaced, or it is incorrectly installed.
• Engine is idle.
• Message LED is on.
• Replace the waste toner pack with a new one. Use
OPERATOR CONTROL/CONSUMABLES/ITEM
REPLACED/WASTE TONER PACK to clear the
message.
• The fuser is not installed, or it is not seated properly.
• Engine is in standby mode.
• Message LED is on.
• Ensure the fuser is installed and/or fully seated.
• This message will be automatically cleared after the
fuser is properly installed.
• The fuser cleaning roller isn't installed correctly.
• Engine is in standby mode.
• Message LED is on.
• Remove and reinstall cleaning roller.
• This message will be automatically cleared after the
fuser cleaning roller is properly installed.
• The noted toner cartridge is not installed properly.
• Engine is in standby mode.
• Message LED is on.
• Reinstall the toner cartridge correctly.
• This message will be automatically cleared after
closing the front door.
