Select DBV TUNE UP.

The LCD changes as shown in (a) ---> (b)
After selecting DBV TUNE UP Code 3, press the Select
key.

The LCD changes as shown in (b) ---> (c)
After selecting the color to be tuned up, press the Select
key

The LCD changes as shown in (c) ---> (d)
Tune Up value can be adjusted in 8 increments between -4
and +4.

After selecting a given number, press the Select key.
The LCD changes as shown in (d) ---> (e)
Press the Media key to finish this procedure for Magenta.

Repeat the step 3 through 5 for each color.
Press the Media key to finish this procedure.

Description of Procedure
DBV Tune Up
Note: These are factory settings and should not
be changed.
This mode shall be used when image optical
density needs to be adjusted. Adjustment is
made to the developer bias voltage against a
reference value 0 (zero) between a range of -4
and +4.
