Halogen Bulb Replacement

1. Remove the two screws (Figure 71) fixing
the headlamps assembly, and then turn the
headlamps assembly down.

2. Disconnect the bulb.
3. Press lightly,
counterclockwise, and remove from the
socket.

4. Install the new bulb by reversing the
previous steps.
5. Reconnect the bulb.
CAUTION
During this step, avoid contacting the bulb
with the fingers to not alter the bulb life.

rotate the bulb
NOTE
Do not disrupt headlamp module adjustment
screws.

Headlamp Module Replacement

1. Remove the two screws (Figure 71) fixing
the headlamps assembly, and then turn the
headlamps assembly down.
2. Disconnect headlamp bulb.
1- Threaded rods
2- Plastic mounts

3. With pliers, unfasten all plastic mounts from
the headlight metal support.
4. Discard defective headlamp module with the
existing plastic mounts and threaded rods.

5. Install three new threaded rods (item 1,
Figure 73) on new headlamp module.
