B) Compress top and bottom section of side panel
3.50 A) Cut excess of side panel. Make sure that cut is
parallel with tubing.
B) Grind side panel end to line up with door tubing.
3.60 To seal each panel end, apply masking tape on each side
of side panel joint. Use a caulking nozzle and grey Sikaflex
221 adhesive to fill the cavity between the panel and
vehicle structure.
Clean using Sika 205. Allow 5 minutes minimum for drying.
Wear surgical gloves and smooth down the joint with your
finger.
