TO CHANGE ERRMAP TABLE, ENTER:

EXAMPLE: ERRMAP 2 MINOR 1
Enter the following at the maintenance terminal to assign or change an alarm
event, alarm type, or alarm level:
>ERRMAP event alarmtype level (cr)
where: event
If a Level 0 alarm occurs, no Processor switch takes place. Levels 1-3
establish the priorities of the remaining alarms. If an alarm occurs that is a
higher level alarm than the highest Level active alarm on the standby side, a
Processor switch takes place.
Enter the following at the maintenance terminal to INHIBIT a selected alarm:
>ERRMAP event# INHIBIT level (cr)

MAJOR
Note: To clear an active alarm after the condition is no longer pre-sent,
enter RSERR 00 to reset all alarms, or DEVICE/EVENT#. (1 or 2 digits)
to clear a specific alarm. For more information, refer to the information
regarding the RSERR command in the Command and Message Guide
section.
CAUTION
Use of this command may cause loss of data. Consult
with technical assistance personnel before changing
alarm level assignments.
- Device/Event Number (0-99)
alarmtype - INHIBIT, MINOR, MAJOR, or CRITICAL.
level
- Severity Level (0-3)
0 - No Switch (Processor)
1 - Least Serious
2
3 - Most Serious.
