Where: x = TEC/DSI Port ID
= 0 = TEC/DSI PCA in slot 13.
= 2 = TEC/DSI PCA in slot 12.
Cause: output when a request for the transfer of a data
block (read or write) is ignored. Message is from the
TEC/DSI PCA. May be caused by the Switching
System attempting to read data that the BMC does not
presently have available, usually during a test
sequence (i.e., attempt to read header data without a
rewind command first).
Reason Code = 25
Corresponds to ERRMAP entry:
TEC STNBY FAIL Minor Alarm, Level 0 (or)
TEC PRIME FAIL Major Alarm, Level 1
